These are my observations as I go through my daily routine. I talk about my life as a wife, mother, health care worker, etc. Basically, I thought my life would be different.

Confession Sunday
I sat in the Dollar Tree parking lot all by myself and satisfied a many year craving by eating cotton candy. I have no idea where this came from but while I was shopping there just browsing around the store I saw the package. I knew I had to have it and now. And it was great! And then I went on with my day thankful for the hand sanitizer that I keep in my car.
Sometimes only our childhood treats hit the spot. I love Cracker Barrel because they stock candy from the small independents who've been all but driven out of business by the big three.
Grew up in Plymouth, Indiana. Graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Journalism. I moved to Indianapolis with my college roommate and met my husband and moved to Michigan. I have 2 beautiful daughters ages 22 and 25. I have had a few different careers in my life. I started out as a "secretary" moved on to fast food manager with Arby's and Wendy's, became a stay at home mom for 2 years and got back into the working world selling glasses at NuVision. One thing led to another and I ended up working in ophthalmology. Who would have figured?
